01 · The brand

What SWAN is, in one breath

SWAN is a non-custodial, AI-managed index of tokenized stocks, crypto and a USDG yield base on Robinhood Chain. An agent watches five market signals around the clock, shelters the portfolio into USDG on Morpho before storms, and walks back in calmly after. The user writes the rules; the contract enforces them; the money never leaves their wallet.

The feeling we sell

Calm confidence at night. Everything SWAN makes should feel like a quiet, competent presence that stays awake so the user doesn't have to. Never hype, never fear, never casino. If a piece of creative feels exciting, it's probably off-brand, it should feel reassuring.

Voice & tone

Plain words, short sentences, quantified claims. We say "de-risks in stages when its score crosses your threshold," not "revolutionary AI alpha." We admit limits ("market risk never disappears"). We never promise returns. Warm, precise, slightly understated, a private banker who happens to be a robot.

Approved copy

Tagline: "Sleep well at night. Your index is awake." Full approved blurbs (one-liner → 150 words) and the required legal disclaimer ship in blurbs.txt in this kit. Don't improvise claims about yields, safety or availability, lift them from there.

02 · Logo

The wing

A swan's wing with a scalloped feather edge, protection and glide in one mark. Primary: volt wing on a midnight tile (radius = 25% of tile). The wordmark is Space Grotesk semibold (or any geometric grotesk), letterspaced 0.28em, always uppercase, with PROTOCOL in small letterspaced sans beneath or beside.

03 · Color

Midnight, volt, cream

Three colors carry the brand. Midnight is the night sky and every "agent" surface. Volt is the single light that stays awake, it must stay scarce to stay powerful. Cream is daylight: pages, cards, calm. Roughly 60% cream · 30% midnight · 10% volt in any composition.

The 60 / 30 / 10 rule

Hard rules

Volt is never body text and never a large background on light surfaces. On midnight it may glow (soft outer shadow, ~30% opacity). Status colors, green #0B7A0B (Serene), amber #8A6100 (Alert), violet #4A3AA7 (Shelter), are reserved for the score system and never decorate anything else. Never use red except for genuine errors/negatives.

04 · Typography

A grotesk that glides, a sans that works

SWAN

Sleep well at night.

Display: Space Grotesk, weights 500-700 (free, Google Fonts, use the same file in video). Wordmark, headlines, taglines, big numbers. Wide tracking on the wordmark only.

The agent watches. You sleep.

Body, UI, numbers, system sans (Inter-class). Micro-labels: 10-11px, bold, letterspaced 0.1em, UPPERCASE, muted gray.

05 · Visual language

Night sky, glass, one light

The night gradient

#0A0E22 → #141A3A → #272D58 → #4E4F7E, with a faint volt glow rising from a bottom corner and sparse 1px stars at ~50% opacity. This is every hero, every video opening.

Glass on cream

Light sections: cream base with soft aurora washes (blue / volt / violet at 10-15% opacity), 5% film grain, and glassmorphic white cards, translucent white gradients, hairline white borders, backdrop blur, deep soft shadows. Never flat gray boxes.

Icons: thin ink line-work in uniform hairline chips; volt fills the chip on hover. Never multicolored icon sets.

The score system (use it, it's the story)

The SWAN Score (0-100) and its three bands are the brand's signature visualization. Any explainer, video or deck should show a marker moving through these bands, calm in green, tension in amber, safety in violet.

06 · Motion & video

Direction for film / motion work

Pace: unhurried. Long, smooth eases (cubic-bezier .2/.8 family), nothing snappier than 300ms in UI, 1-2s camera moves in film. The brand never rushes, even the crash sequence stays composed.

The arc every video should follow: night falls (midnight gradient, stars, the user asleep) → the market storms (BTC line falls, score climbs through amber into violet) → the agent acts quietly (one volt light moves; assets glide into shelter) → dawn (score falls, gradual re-entry, cream daylight) → "You slept through it." Volt is always the single moving light in a dark frame.

Sound: soft, low, warm, night-time ambience, a single clean tone when the agent acts. No risers, no EDM, no alarm sounds even during the crash.

Show, don't hype: real product UI (swanprotocol.xyz and /app), the score meter, the flight-to-safety tooltip moment (Jun 3 · score 78), the "−3.4% vs BTC −13.8%" stat. End cards: wing mark + serif SWAN on midnight + tagline + disclaimer line.
